Just oblivious I guess...

lol. you really don't know anything about me so honestly stop the douchey jabs.

my opinion is that you wouldn't have any parties if DJs didn't also promote. unless you are Tiesto or Guetta, you have got to hustle and get people to your gigs or have friends that can get people to your gigs. Rule of life. It's been like that forever. , Guetta's wife is the biggest promoter in France/Europe.

In what way was that a jab??

Do you even know what the word oblivious means??

And having seen you around since just after I started and seeing as your registration says 2001, I at least know that you were around at that time...

Does it hurt when your panties get all bunched up??

whats particularly bad about dj promoters it is that quality of music selection starts to suffer. In race for attendance they simply have no time to do proper crate/beatport digging.

It takes hours a week to go through new releases and prepare for a weekend full of gigs, it only take 5 minutes to send out a FB message, status update, or mass email.

So unless you were crap before because you didn't put in the effort, spending that 5 minutes wouldn't hurt your preparation.

Anyone spending more that a week to promote themselves is overkill.

yes i know what oblivious means. (jab)

my opinion is that even back then promoters/DJs were promoting/spinning at their own parties and their friend parties and it was fine. maybe you are the one that is oblivious to that fact?

no it doesn't hurt. (another jab)

what does hurt is how dumb you are. and also creepy how you have been "seeing me around" and how i don't know you or know what you look like.

I'm seriously confused by this terminology:

DJ Promoters(DJs who double as promoters)=Jon Jon, Jeff B, OS2 (Destiny), Evan G, etc (good guys)

Promoter DJs =douche bags? (bad guys)

Is that a politically correct accurate definition? ;)

You're calling me dumb and you don't know the expression, 'Don't get your panties in a bunch'??

And I don't think that you know what oblivious means. It means that you don't know whats going on around you. By your previous post, you obviously didn't have a clue as to what was going on at the promoter, DJ, organisational level of our little scene back when you started. It's not a jab. It's just fact.

yeah, lol. i guess so.

And what do you think? That I'm following you around? Not bloody likely sweetheart...

It's not creepy that I remember what people look like...

And if you don't know what I look like, you just don't pay attention...
