once a day, sometimes twice(tho completely diff types of excercise) in the summer.

almost half is weights and the rest is an equal mix of of cardio and stretching. this seriously saves my ass(literally).

a few years ago i had such a severe case of sciatica that i couldn't sleep for weeks on end and basically couldn't work, nevermind move. no amount or type of medication would help, but tons of hot yoga and stretching have made it so that i've never had it come up again, and i'm super flexy from the waist down. can't recommend stretching enough.

I practice Tae Kwon Do 2x a week and hot yoga 3x a week. Plus whatever dancing I do on the weekend:)
PurpleHaze
- soccer twice a week in the kitchener district league (play for Banatul)
- lift weights and 40min cardio twice a week at the gym
- 3 bike rides a week
- take 10-15min walks every break at work

I eat pretty healthily for the most part but binge on chips & beer frequently lol
mickmack
bike ride 2 or 3 times a week and play ultimate frisbee once a week. i really should be doing more though since i sit at a desk most of the time at work.

I'm a sports nutritionist, so it's pretty essential for me to exercise. I honestly love lifting weights; there are very many things I find quite as satisfying as pushing weight around. It's such blatant, literal progress. I also really enjoy just about any sport, though I have to say that semi-blasted beach frisbee takes the cake.

Seriously though, mountain biking is great, as is soccer.

I run about 15-20 km/week. Always just for fun - I love zipping through the Humber Valley trails. My bike's my main form of transport and I probably cycle double that amount on a weekly basis. When winter arrives, I'll run less frequently and will switch up to yoga to keep the cold-weather stiffness at bay.
Swamper
Gym 2x a week
Sasha
gym 4 times a week
rollerblading once a week

i have 2 full time jobs and I'm doing my CMA, please don't tell me you cant find time to stay in shape!
Beach420
gym 4 times a week with a balanc of cardio + weight training, walk at least 30mins a day, eat healthy well balanced meals and lots of H20.

Feel like a pissed off beached whale when I don't have enough of the above, crazy how in tune your body and mind are

English Rachel
I don't do anything. I am honestly really unhealthy - I must change this.
