I can't believe this subgenre is a norm in 2011. Im not a terminology expert in producing but it has that funny popcorn-sounding repetitive bassline with little to no creativity. let me not get into those long ass mixes that drag on with no distinct twists or turns.

I don't think I've ever heard tech-house. I don't know crap about house except for guetta, avicii, and afrojack but i understand you guys probably think they suck balls (I think that too). Is that even house???

Most of the stuff people keep calling tech house aint nothing like what I consider tech house, its all minimal and just sounds like insects bumming mostly
I always thought it was stuff with a bit more erm... oooomph a bit meaty and solid sounding not clicky,whirring, beeping noise but thats the way a lot of stuff started to go around 2005/6
