I kinda liked the final song Adam posted... the rest were definitely listenable, but not anything I'd go out of my way to download. And that's the problem I find with a lot of modern-day tech house... competent, listenable, but is lacking that certain SOMETHING.

I've been playing the track below for around a year now and I'll probably continue to do so for some time, as it's pretty awesome.
I myself, wouldn't have classed it as tech-house, but apparently it's been labelled as such. So who am I to argue?
Anyway, if this is tech-house, then this is certainly an example of a diamond in the rough.
