Really? Then why dismiss future garage because it's "boring music"? For future reference: if I ask someone a question, I don't want your bull opinion on what their answer might be, cheers.

Drum 'n bass. Obviously.

I've come to like liquid drum n bass and a little bit of tear out breaks this year. Deep house will always be a favorite of mine, but sometimes I just gotta get away from that 4X4 line.
Oh yeah, that Synkro fgarage track was pretty cool. I haven't liked any fgarage at all up until now.

Last year and the year before I pretty much only listened to EDM.
But then after summer ended I got bored with it and haven't gone back.
I discovered that electronic music in general is very linear and monotonous. And this applies to all genres of EDM.
Other music is linear too with a verse/chorus structure, but there's so much more you can do with a guitar, drums and a voice to keep it fresh.
Was in fact wondering where did you go since a while. Variety in EDM compared to other genres is a topic that could go on for pages and pages of debates. Still good to hear you disappearing had a "normal" reason behind it.

as always :p I just enjoy listening to music regardless of genre. Listening to sets/podcasts without seeing tracklists and trying to judge if i like a track over who makes it although often it's a bit easy to know the producers of certain sounds.
Mr Game+Watch
Future Garage is one genre of music that I totally regret not really following up much with... I absolutely love it, with being a long-time 2-step fan. Any comps or sets that I should check out?

Despite that my taste is totally different, I listen music in the same way, music over producer. I get the feeling often it's the other way around nowadays.
Most legit, I don't no, but Deep house could be it.
