| They need to know where they stand with him. I agree that we need to tank the season as much as possible but the guy wants to play BADLY and the doctors gave him the green light. If he performs well, he can go play for Russia @ the world championship. Get his game/groove back on. If he gets his knee busted, we'll finally know that the guy is gone for good and we can move on. |

If a player is injured for more then a month, he goes off the roster hence off the salary cap. So win/win. It'll be Markov's insurance paying his salary and habs can use that 5.75 mil |

Canadiens owner and team president Geoff Molson has called a news conference for Thursday at 11:45am et to formally announce that the club has relieved him of his duties. The club says in a release "the search for a new general manager is underway." |

there is a reason he has been doing media only the last 10 to 15 years...if he was so great he would have had a gm/coach job in that time frame(30 teams). the guy is a bald sock puppet that just name drops a lot. He knows a lot about hockey, but him as gm...TURTLE POWER! |
