I owe it all to you, Josh. The maturity of you, JescoSF, and turnpetine all add up to about that of a 12-16 year old.
I owe it to your insistence that Robert Stern created a thread solely meant to make fun and attack you. The insistence by you that I took full of advantage to attack you in his thread.
I'm sorry you were hurt by the Robert Stern thread.
I apologize if any of my comments brought pain to you and your family.
I don't know what you expect me to do when you act so belligerent.
I thought you were an alright guy before. I mean, you were always drunk and sputtering off something unintelligible about psy-trance. I couldn't tell if you had Downs Syndrome or not with your droopy eyelids and droopy lips, but I took it as a genetic birth defect.
The point is, is that for a guy who says not to take TA so seriously, you get really sensitive about the comments here and think that Robert Stern, Jon Mitz, and I are ganging up on you. All three of us know each other casually and don't hang out together and don't conspire to attack you. Perhaps you are being a bit paranoid. Kind of like the last time you thought Bas deleted the thread because of some kind of business deal he had going on (that you completely made up).
I don't hang out on TA solely to self-promote. I check out events just like everyone else. I do promote my radio show and gigs from time to time. It's not my fault you don't have any radio shows to promote or gigs to help promote. I promoted an article I wrote where you got upset when I said your musical tastes weren't that open-minded. A lot of people appreciated that blog and thanked me for writing it. You used your manic-depressive rage to degrade some of the artists listed and make fun of their track selection (a worthwhile use of your time, I'm sure).
I have less time to comment on other events when you decide to troll my threads. As someone who I've worked with before and shared associations with, I feel partly responsible to respond to you even if you are going through a rough patch in your life.
Everybody loves a good drama and you are just adding to it. So what? Poor cover up? C'mon. Do you really think I want to hang out with a troll that calls himself terpentine?

God this thread was difficult to read.
What the is wrong with some of you people?
I'm not jumping in here to 'defend jim carson' because i don't know him and i don't plan on tuning into these mixes of his either but I will say this:
the guys been around here for some time and he's obviously at least an acquaintance of a handful of people that browse these boards often. he has every right to promote his radio show. some of you may hate him and have no desire to read about his show (don't click on the thread then...) but who really gives a ? others among the west coast ta crowd might be happy to jump on here one evening and find something to listen to. again, i don't plan on tuning in - but i support your right to do so.
i like it when ppl randomly post mixes of theirs on here. i think one of the first mixes i heard a TA do was something brian scott had posted on here and i really dug it. since then i try to check out a lot of what gets posted.
there are tons of other threads that get spammed here in much worse ways. i'm tired of seeing clubs/promoters release a 2 month schedule on the same day and fill up the front page of the boards here with 10 events in a row. that's a much bigger problem then some guy posting a show he's doing.
the one thing i've always liked about ta is how it's a sort of community. you don't have to like everybody (or anybody for that matter) but there's no reason to get all up in somebodys either. the way this thread has gone, i'm starting to think jim murdered some of your parents or something. give it a break. if you hate him so much, wouldn't it be more pleasant to see his thread disappear into oblivion over and over again? instead, you all just make yourselves sound just as stupid as you seem to think he is.
