certainly didn't expect markus to fall in standing, as i thought this had been a big year for him (with the dakota album and all)

| I wonder what the fallout from this will be from a booking perspective. A LOT of trance names fell off the list. Will promoters like Giant and Insomniac book people that aren't on the poll? |

probably won't do much IMO... if someone has a solid track record of people turning out to see this spin, that won't change them getting booked in the future. All the clubs care about is $$$/# of covers... not the dj mag ranking. |

Maybe here in LA, but not many others elsewhere. Alot of the clubs calculate their performance expense somewhat with the Top 100 as a factor. That's why you see guys like Arnej, Marcus Schossow, Wippenberg, etc. upset because they know this bull poll is holding them back |

I sure hope they do!!!! It is just a # right?? .... and now it won't cost so much.. Seems like higher in the poll the more a manager can ask to get a booking. |
