Not everyone is as advanced as others, hell that other thread with the tutorial "Creating the Lead Sound of Tiesto and Hardwell - Zero 76 using Nexus2" went way over my head.. Far too advanced for me to follow. |

You should see in the studio with Avicii, which was filmed this year. He only used presets (mainly Nexus and Sylenth), loops and samples given to him by other professional producers (e.g. kick drum samples). |

A lot of these presets are pretty good. A lot of the lead and bass patches use a pitch envelop to get a strong attack and most of them have the drive turned up. |
