i'm sensing a bit of anger with what I said, so I'm asking, was anything I said about the typical trance crowds off-base? is it not possible to have a real discussion about the looks of a crowd without someone getting offended? it might be too much to ask, but please, if you take my post personally, leave your own insecurity issues at the door

Really?, you have no idea how many TA's were in that crowd. This is my home, these are my people, and I will defend them till the end of time.

Nice edit by the way... you are probably lucky I didn't catch the first post. Prove you AREN'T insecure by showing us what you look like. Frankly I'm getting real tired of your "12year old doesn't know jack but thinks hes the man Armin jesus pose worshiping superiority complex  "

as for as a prince obviously he doesnt have balls to show his pic!! now i think we have a problem .. the only person i see weak here, is HIM!! lmao! but again like i said, that's nothing new .. he is just looking to get owned again by our TA's !!

i agree Z/chuck do a awesome job .. always! :D

I went to Nick Warren at Cielo on Thursday and Armada on Friday. Completely different experiences - and I'll quickly add that Nick Warren was a much better crowd. By that I mean, we were there for the music, boys and girls both. I had a lot of great conversation - I met lots of new people, and I danced my ass off. Were lots of us ed up? You bet! But we never lost sight of why we were there.

On the other hand, I bet you if I asked half the people around me at Armada what DJ was on, I'd just get met with a blank stare. I had to stumble over the cuddle puddles to get to the bathroom. I even saw a guy laying down in the middle of the dance floor. I mean, really? And for sakes, stop taking off your shirts. When it starts to become about something else and not about the music, its obvious. It should always be about the music... and I even think its disrespectful to the DJs. I'm not anti-rave, but its not something that will appeal to everyone, particularly at a venue like Highline.

And just for good measure, I'm not talking about everyone at Highline or anyones subjective level of attractiveness - that shouldnt even be up for discussion.

You really have no idea what goes on.... I have been going to both house and trance parties almost every weekend for 4 years... and the trance crowds are by far better. You make a bunch of friends, never have a fight/argument, no s, ect. House music brings out a bunch of s. Everyone at a trance party will know the vocal tracks being played, while house music many of them will not even know who the dj is.

great and all but has nothing to do with what I was talking about. I'm wondering purely why trance crowds are worse than house in the strict sense of the crowd ratio and "not offensive looking." Trance crowds, in my experience, as usually fantastic in the "there for the music sense", but usually come with a mob of guys and a parade of, i'll be nicer this time, not so great looking people. House crowds on the other hand, in my experience at the big DJs(kaskade, avicii, shm) have a close to equal mix of guys and girls and significantly better "quality"

it really bothers me that is subject is so god damn sensitive that no one can offer a response but everyone just has to get defensive

OMFG there is a difference between a 300 people party and 15,000 people party. your own list kills your entire argument. what are you smoking?
