+1 the electronic music on this lineup is AWFUL.
i was really expecting so much more in that regard.
still, 2 years ago i basically avoided the sahara and had a great time...looks like it's the same this time around
the fresh new hip hop is really good imo. radiohead makes everyone happy so that's cool.
lineup is in between ok and good for me...whatever i have friends coming out for it i'll be there. |

So all of the artist will play twice? Two weeekends in a row? Thats weird.
Wonder if most artists will just spend a week in the Palm Springs area or leave and go back? |

i really like it. sure, most EDM is commercial but they all put on a good show (SHM, Kaskade, etc.). flying lotus is there so i'm happy.
radiohead is a great booking. m83 and explosions in the sky i'm also really excited about.
it's not like i'm going alone so i want music for my gf + our friends to enjoy as well so when i see the shins, arctic monkeys, justice, florence, the weeknd + at the drive in reunions, etc. then i know that we all will have a great time.
how much do 3 day tickets usually go for? never done this before but definitely in for this year.
