| Does anyone else think FW is a little too small for these guys? That's a great turnout/guestlist. It's not fair for the people that couldn't get in. |

Yes.
But really, where else could they play? There are enough small / large venues in this city to choose from. But we don't really have any proper in between mid-range sized venues for events like this imo ... |

It wasn't too big for him last January. It's crazy to see how much the popularity of this sound has grown in the past year. It's clear that this is becoming, or already is the "in" sound in Toronto right now. |

Also, it's too bad Guv doesn't clue into this sound. Imagine a Hot Natured Skybar sunrise set? :eyespop:
Seems like they're dedicated too dedicated to their cheese these days though. |

This is London is a bit bigger. Nicer club too. |

I said proper venue.
TiL with it's bad sound / crowd / vibe does not really fit into the mix.
I wish we had a nice mid-range sized venue in this city with a killer soundsystem, nice clean design & layout for the "heads" to go too. In terms of venues, it is what's lacking most in this city right now imo. |

Yeah but there's hotter girls that come to TiL regardless of what DJ is playing and isn't that all what matters in some ways?? But I will agree that along with those girls, drunken douchebag guys who aren't in the scene at all usually show up and ruin the vibe. I could care less if the chicks don't even know who's playing, as long as they're there.
I dunno...I like the aesthetics of the venue. It definitely looks very clean and upscale, even if the clientele is not.
Wait...what about Maison? I've only been there before when it was known as something else so I can't comment on how it is now, but in terms of size, I think that's a medium sized venue. |
