There is a big difference. Religion is full of indoctrination, rituals, and can at times be very close minded. Spirituality on the hand follows no specific path [there is no path]. To be spiritual is to be grounded in consciousness. It has nothing to do with being mystical or any of that new age bull-crap...
Follow your heart and do what feels right pretty much sums it up. |

I'm not sure I can agree with this: I believe following your heart is as important as scrutinising your every thought carefully. Does this make me spiritual? No. It just makes me a fluffy atheist who doesn't believe in spirits, souls, mystical energies, or in a higher consciousness of any sort.
