Solar Fields is playing a psy-trance festival in the woods this summer about an hour from my place, not a huge fan of psy but I think I'm gonna go anyways, camp out drink beer and enjoy a festival of music I don't like hahaha. Solar Fields will be worth it alone.

There is still a solid line-up with E-Clip, Burn in Noise, Sonic Species, Headroom and Dick Trevor. Even though he doesn't play trance, they are bringing Asura (also on ultimae) to replace him.

Some nice tracks on here, one of them sounds almost like a Konami game boss theme (the one @ 7 min)! A bit slower in tempo than Earthshine, I guess you can classify this as prog-psy (not that I know any better)?

Yeah, that sounds super-deep. It's the typical Solar Fields detailed soundscapes but with a rhythmic foundation. Should be a real journey album.

That sample sounds amazing. Based on the preview I actually might prefer this over earthshine as it sounds a little bit slower. Anyone know if its going to be available on beatport?
