The tracks segue into each other, like most Solar Fields albums.

not directly related to the album, but I'll ask it anyway:
has anyone already seen Solar Fields play on an event? What could be expect from him? I've just came across an event here in Belgium featuring Solar Fields on the line-up. I could be interested in going (if possible, as I'm maybe in Spain that weekend).

saw him last year at the castle of laarne with ads dana and it was good at least if you like his own productions as he only plays that. If you expect the mind-blowing experience of a world-class dj set full of unheard tracks though, you might be disappointed. But that's not the point seeing the man. And he's so down to earth. You gotta go mate.

I have the feeling this album is a slow burner, there are lots of details springing out on repeat listens. I love the way the bass comes in on Random Friday.

listened to it twice already. Still not sure what to make of it. I would almost classify it as uptempo ambient. It also feels like it ends much too quickly. I generally really like to listen to albums in my car for the first couple of times and then listen to them at home or walking on repeat listens. I will try and do that to see how my perception of the sound changes. Just about every track reminds me of the first song you would play in a well thought of and planned studio essential mix. Its definitely an album in every sense of the word. The tracks need each other to fully realize themselves. Almost like a Pink Floyd album.
