While I agree it's not the best track in the world, it's better than most of your candy 1999 mtv trance IMO.

god i miss the days when the dj didnt dance in front of the crowd like a moron. I remember seeing sasha and pvd back to back at an event more than 10 years ago and i swear to god the only time either one ever looked at the crowd or acknowledged anyone was when they waved goodbye after finishing their sets. as an aside that was one of the best nights in my entire life and its a shame that the two of them dont play gigs together anymore as the journey of hearing sasha build up a 2 plus hour set of progressive house into progressive trance before pvd took it from progressive trance into epic trance and borderline hard techno at the end would literally drive the crowd into a complete frenzy by the time pvd ended the night with a classic epic song like for an angel.
