Btw, I thoroughly appreciate your pathetic attempts at failing to admit that you were completely wrong. I've always wondered what it would be like to be so completely wrong about something and have someone prove you wrong. I've always wondered what would feel like. Still waiting. Have never been wrong about anything. Ever

Somebody explain it to him

Kurzweil.
EVerything in audio was pretty much made possible by Bell Labs
Chowning was American
And Moog is an American.
Fender Rhodes

Americans used to be alright.
They use to innovate and make things.
Now , they produce lawyers, fat people, and racism.
ITs pretty cool how we were not so connected. So you would have your British stuff and thus a british sound, american stuff, american sound, although the brits did it better, and the germans, well they've always just been doing weird .
The french as well, rather innovative but they just take forever.

I thought Cakewalk were Hamericans as well?
Cakewalk is an American company based in Boston, but their biggest synths (e.g., Z3TA and Rapture) were developed by Rene' Ceballos at rgc:audio. Cakewalk hired him and/or bought him out. I'm really not sure where's he from, but I don't think he's American. As for Z3TA2, I've heard rumors on some forums (e.g., KVR and Cakewalk) that Cakewalk created the update without Rene's help, but I have no idea if that's true or not, or how much old code is actually still in it.
edit: just checked some of my sources and, apparently, Rene is from Argentina. So, I don't think think that qualifies their synths as being American-made.

Well the audio engine is all but identical, although I never really got into the old one. I think it's a tweak and GUI job - Which is very American :D

Naw, we're too lazy and afraid of getting dirty to do the gooey jobs, so we leave that to the illegal immigrants. Oh wait, you said GUI...yeah, you're right, then.
