This. This is what makes me most angry. How can someone not have any idea how to not be a good house guest? If I were on someone's couch you'd never see me and the dishes would be ing spotless.

| He's not going to leave on his own because everything he's doing works for him. He gets to be a dirty noisy prick while everyone feeds, cleans and pays for him. If that's what your roommates want I'd be looking at moving. |

I'm looking into it, I'll be honest. I'd feel bad for the girl roommate as her boyfriend (the other roommate) hasn't paid for rent in a awhile and had to borrow a bunch of money from her to open his business, so she would be stuck paying for all of the rent. |
