Sucks, especially considering coverage of some of the sports that are less popular in North America is terrible on both NBC and CTV. |

He needs to smoke the competition. 23 gold medals, to clean everyone up. |

Is that going to be available for a fee? |
it shouldn't, as long as you already have rogers digital cable. i think they go up 24 hours after the event is done |

I took your advice and it turns out CTV is doing the same gig they did in the previous Olympics at http://www.ctvolympics.ca/. There's a Live Now section detailing all ongoing events with a fair chunk of them with live video feeds. I gotta say the quality ain't that bad either. I got my laptop hooked up to the TV via HDMI and once the buffering starts rolling pixelation is minimal (a high-resolution dedicated gfx card helps).
It ain't the most convenient method but beggars can't be choosers.

Ya but the problem is they're using Silverlight, an absolute abomination of a program that's dead and also not supported for Linux so I can't stream any of the coverage. Otherwise I'd be doing the same. CBC's streaming solutions 4 years ago were better. |

| Well that silly. As soon as I install and it crashes, there's an update for a fix. Funny the iPad didn't download that from the beginning. |
