Unimpressive win today. 70 mins of casual football with missed opportunity after missed opportunity, before finally waking up.

Schurrle and Boateng were atrocious. I expect Löw will really give it to them following that display (and everyone else), and things will be back to usual for Italy/England in the Semis.

France for the win today!!! hahah just joking. Today should be a great match! Hopefully Spain won't dominate for 80 minutes

Spain hasn't looked that impressive so far imo, if they play like they have been, I could see France pushing them.

100%. Considering how Del Bosque's tactics have been to this point, I can definetely see France (assuming that the internal problems aren't as bad as suggested) pushing them.

you better be watching the game right now. Xavi is teaching lessons. If you say Ronaldo is better then you know nothing about football

You must know nothing, they play two completely different positions.. Xavi is a midfielder while Ronaldo is a striker/attacking midfielder. While spain has a superstar in almost every position, Ronaldo alone has brought Portugal this far.

Another underwhelming Spanish performance. Don't get me wrong, they were full money for the win and deserve to be going though, but they seem to be lacking that 'next gear' that they had in 2008 and 2010.

Xavi was fantastic though, I'll give them that.

Where was Ronaldo during the Germany match? In Hummels back pocket.
