playing 4-4-2 in modern international matches is going to get you destroyed. so far, most of England's chances come off of Gerrard on set pieces.
unless Rooney is willing to play more deep in 4-4-1-1 formation, Italy's going to overwhelm England midfield, esp if Pirlo is on with his passing.
that being said, I want England to win... just because I feel sorry for them |
