funky, its soccer and its europe. these people breathe, eat and this. this is not tfc, this is not something that its done after the game is over.

it's very common for idiots to bring in their soviet flags to games when russians play, although it's ok most of the time i don't think they realized it would be ok in Poland, it has nothing to do with provoking anything trust me.
the second picture was during the game and the clashes were before, i wasn't eve aware that it was depicting a 1612 general.. |

you can breathe, eat and football and not attack unarmed supporters. being a football fan isn't an excuse to be a thug. Unfortunately, some people don't understand this. |

Gera, do you realize what the soviet "simvolika" means to Polish people? Perhaps you don't realize the amount of hate that surrounds the Soviet era

russians have thugs too who attack just for the sake of it, in europe overall you don't around with this stuff, me and my brother on numerous occasions were either almost beaten or our team scarfs ripped and stolen from us by other team hooligans. It's usually not as bad when it's on a european/world level though so i'm surprised this is taking place. |

Oh I agree, it's the same in Germany at club level, hooliganism is a big problem and has been getting a lot worse recently. Whenever I've encountered it or seen it developing, I'm quick to get away. As you said, you don't mess with that , those people are ed. It's rare with the national team though. |

and its been going on since february ! everybody's quick to blame bratkas for marching to the game but it really pisses me off how everybody ignores what was going on in poland weeks and months before the game. |

“We’re going to be wrapping up today. We’re going to go watch a little soccer, I guess, and Rob, you’re going home with your Polish little princess. I’m sure I’m in trouble. I want to apologize to my extended Polish family.
“I didn’t realize it was derogatory. But anyways, my sincerest apologies, because I love our Polish friends. I’m sure Renata’s gonna give me a good beatin’, and her parents, when I come over and watch the soccer game.”
Rob Ford explained to listeners that his brother really does love the Polish community and did not mean to offend anybody. The conversation then turned toward Polish sausages and perogies before the brothers signed off. |
