I am so disappointed and pissed off about last night. Being a huge Prydz fan, I was looking forward to seeing him again for years and actually thought for once Pacha could pull this off. Why did I?

Everyone was talking about the venue having complaint issues and they were right. The music stopped twice 20 minutes into Prydz set and there was announcement that everyone has a free pass to Pacha? Seriously? Fit that many people into Pacha when the club is already full? Do they really think that everybody is that dumb? I know the crowd was very young and most of the kids there didn't care because it might have been their "first" club experience but you can't say that for everyone.

I got there early around 10:30 to catch Brad Miller's set and avoid the long crowds when entering. It was pretty smooth when we arrived but the venue was already packed. They announced at first that it was $60 at the door but price went up to $80 as soon as I entered. But people didn't care, they were willing to pay that much to see Eric Prydz.

I though the venue itself was nice and the sound was decent. Brad Miller played a great set that never got too commercial or cheesy unlike that Paige guy. I wanted to avoid that as much as possible and good thing he only played about 45 minutes. Prydz went on around 12:45ish and I was in the back hanging out with friends because the tent was PACKED.

I have been to many outdoor parties before and I have never seen a venue that has 5 bathroom stalls for that many people. The line for the bathrooms was probably 15-30 minutes and guys were pissing at any spot they found and security didn't even care. And there was no light at the bathrooms when the venue just opened. WTF is with that?

It was one of the worst clubbing experienced I have had in my lifetime and don't plan on going to any events associated with RPM & Pacha anytime soon. It's pretty pathetic that they made so much money out of everyone as if the place was going to shut down knowingly and didn't even offer a refund.

It was nice seeing all the TAs there, and I had a great time hanging out with everyone after the party got shut down. But the morning hangover wasn't so pretty ;-)

Oh my god, people are so ing stupid.

Pacha apparently was doing us a favor and we should all be grateful for the crumbs they let us eat off the floor.

I'm sticking with techno, the rest of the scene is overrun by these wits ruining it for everybody, sorry guys.

Agh, I'm sorry guys - I was really looking forward to Prydz too but I guess it just wasn't in the stars last night :(

In all honestly I didn't really expect the Beekman show to have such huge demand, but hopefully from all of this we'll see him back soon - perhaps even at a bigger venue like Govs Island or a Pier.

Btw for what it's worth I really appreciate those of you that came out early to support!

your opening set was the only part of the night my gf and i enjoyed :)

..but yeah. i never got hyped for EP that way i should have because we all knew this was happening. i went to pacha, by 330-4 it wasn't that packed but overall, the atmosphere was eh. the sound was louder than normal, though which was one of the few pluses.

as in the general consensus, give this man roseland and let him bring EP/IC.
