Try dancing, the movement will take the strain off your back. I also recommend improving your physical fitness. And taking drugs. |

shouldn't be bending over or arching your back. Part of the problem with the laptop djs is that they are always looking down You should not have to look at what you are doing. Your eyes should be straight ahead looking at your audience 95% of the time. Honestly, if you can't dj for 2 hours, you need to hit a gym or something. OR as system j said, take some drugs.
Just test drive the drugs before, I remember having to dj after the set i did at the rave for the after party and i was so ing tired. A buddy said , here take this, will wake you up. Had never done coke and i was ing having like a panic attack it was awful. I couldn't ing concentrate and was was so pissed off because i was sucking hard. I remember the pile of coke the guy gave me was to the side and the usual ing addicts could smell it and started helping themselves and i think I was so ing annoyed i started throwing records at them as hard as i could. Like frisbies. I think after 30 minutes , i called a buddy to take my place because i just felt like such a . |
