Turnout wasn't great, tbh. Around 65-70 people. We still had a good time playing some sick music. Oh well. Actually walked to Dixon after and got there 5 minutes after the cops arrived. Good thing it wasn't 5 minutes before.

Have you heard this? Susumu Yokota – Acid Mt. Fuji It's basically acid-ambient with raw, unprocessed 909 drums. Has a very mysterious vibe it.

This stuff's not really my style. I did like that Lemon Sol track though. Was reading some of the reviews on discogs about the album and someone accused them of being too proggy. Guess that's why I like it then. lol

That guy on Discogs is talking nonsense. Lemon Sol did make a couple of progressive tracks (the Deep Blue mix of Aquamarine, most notably) but nothing on the Environmental Architecture album is even close to progressive house.
And yeah, we get it. You want everything to sound like progressive house from 2002.

It's basically an admission that your tastes have stagnated, which I always find disheartening. And really, I don't see why you need to come into this thread and basically say "I don't like this music because it isn't prog".
