Nice does this party consist of separate rooms? Not sure I could deal with the likes of Axwell in order to see Squillace. |

They are on different nights over 3 days. Squillace is announced on Sept 1st, no info on full line-up just yet. |

i know this is the wrong thread but i am not much of a thread starter and i figure the appropriate people are in this one so...
rumor has it Stereo is going regular club format. Open only drinking hours... say it aint so!!! |

| That's not good news for stereo. That means they aren't making enough money and it will be the end of a legendary party. |

the rumour I heard is that stereo would use the big room for club hours with alcohol and move the after downstairs in a more intimate low ceiling underground setting.
Makes total sense since the place is rarely totally jam packed and they need to make a move to compete against New City Gas. Only challenge would be what do you do when you host Danny Tenaglia or other big headliners? Can you reverse the permit easily and swtich rooms depending on the event?
Regardless, I think alcohol at stereo is much needed. I used to love going to the stereo bar before heading upstairs to the afterhours or even venture back to the bar at 8am to have a cold beer for breakfast. |

| ^yup thats what i heard... rumor seems to be consistent. Stereo bar?? really? thats worse venue then footwork.. which is also closing :( |
