My luck all the main headliners were staying at our hotel so I had chance to hang out and chat with all of them hehe.:D

Hardcore Trancer's videos (since I've seen all of them) will be my review. Good night.

I like how you described the change in music style (beat/sound), atmosphere feel and visual effects in relation to the amount of sunlight out lol. I could somewhat picture your surroundings when I close my eyes.
Really bummed I couldn't make it out to to Eclipse this summer. I had strong thoughts of attending but with my new job and moving next month to Mississauga, I couldn't afford to take any time off :( Going to put Eclipse near the top of my bucket list! I've been dying to experience this festival!

I'm looking back on these vids and I don't think it has completely sunk in what just happened at this festival. The transformation of the solar stage from dusk until dawn is something beyond surreal. I wish there was some way to capture the view of the sky at night and the mist over those huge trees in the morning time when Sonic Species was playing. I just can't think of another festival in Eastern Canada that can compare to this.

Yea man, i remember that vividly. I had been up for 12 hours having danced through the entire night. I bumped into you guys at the campfire. I think we were all in a pretty rough state haha.

Two regrets.
1. Crepe Mobile running out of Swiss Cheese.
2. Human body requiring sleep sometimes.

Here is my review for Eclipse:
We got convinced to go to Eclipse 2 years ago for one day and absolutely loved it. Now that two years had passed, the memories sort of wore off but we still remembered the good times but not really why exactly.
Convinced about 10 of our friends to come (this time we went for the whole weekend), some of whom barely even go clubbing. As soon as we got there the atmosphere was amazing. By 9pm on Friday the music picked up speed and picked up fast! It was all bang and no foreplay! There were no annoying breakdowns, no build ups that go no where, just pure fast psy!
Everybody was loving it!
The beach area was perfect as well. Awesome house/techno and even some dubstep (but not the kind where you want to rip your ears off) went well with the lounging and swimming.
Saturday night starting around 10-11 brought back the full on psy and boy was it gooood!
As great as the videos are I'm not sure it does it justice. The atmosphere was just electric!
We now remember why we loved it so much! :)
All of my friends said that this was by far the best event they have been at and how we can go back to regular events in the city is beyond me (its hard imagining going back to Guv for example).
Eclipse 2012 easily surpassed 2010!
