No offense taken haha.. To give them the benefit of the doubt, more potties would take up more room (obviously) and crowdedness/heat/lack of space had been the much bigger complaint at previous Morgan parties than the bathroom situation. But yeah, I'll forward the feedback to the proper peeps to handle it right next time :) |

well i only went to The Morgan once for Gerber so idk how it usually is there, but the porta potties were outside.. like you went up the stairs by the left side of the booth in the main room and out the door to the roof area and there were around 10 potties lined up. That way it didn't take up in any room inside. Seemed like the best way to handle it. |

The venue was TRASH 2 bathrooms for like 1000+ people no good!

| I actually like the venue a lot compared to bigger clubs. I got in around 2:45, and had a great time. No problems with the staff, crowd, ect. I am a guy so I dont need t ouse the bathroom 20 times, I used the one in the entrance once and it wasn't that bad just to take a leak in. Didnt see any of K&A's set, but saw all of Eco's which was amazing as usual. Haven't heard Lovers Lane in the longest time, it was awesome. $6 Blue Moons was a great deal imo. The only problem I had was once the side room turned into rap/hip hop/salsa music. It also attracted a few disrespectful people, but what are ya gonna do it happens. |

That spot ended up becoming the smoking area.
Its nice that Massive went with a venue outside of the manhattan area - I give them that. But, please choose something thats a bit more ready for primetime. |

i love that venue as well. well space wise. i think that place rocks! if they improve other things it would be a blast going to parties there.
for example:
1. open the back door and let people smoke outside like they used too!
2. please don't have those lights beam straight into our eyes! that was a bummer. i liked the light and decoration but they really were annoying. Plus i don't think its healthy to have those lights shoot into our eyes all night long.
3. bathroom. there is nothing i could say about that.
4. sound. those speakers sucked. |

i was told there weren't any other bathrooms in the place... oh well
anyone know what time the party finally ended? i wanted to stay til the end but my body threw in the towel at 5ish and forced me to go. |

People have been bitching about BLK not posting set-lists.
But what I think sucks even more if they ARE posted, and then turn out to be wrong!

That's bull. Not that Eco played that late, I had actually been hoping for that, the BS is that it was posted as 11-1.
If that is so unreliable, why bother, worse than having nothing to go by.
Admittedly, the 4h time slot for Noomr Ra seemed strange (seing as the official end time was 7), but if someone involved posts the times,why should we think that is wrong?
again, utter bull, all the more seeing eco's post above!
come back soon and do another.
Couldn't make it before about 3:45-4, unplanned, and thought that I had already missed most of what I wanted to go for, so no point in making the trip into the city anymore.
Anyone mind telling me what the actual order of play was, whow filled the 11-1 slot?
and who ended up being that other room guest?
when the bathrooms are like that, just double up on the dancing, and it will come out from cool-down, no need for a leak.
not kidding, esp. in summer, drink 11 pints and never go. just not good for someone who bumps into you ;) |
