Actually I am going running later. I've had a net weight loss of 20lbs since the start of september. I haven't even changed my diet. I just run intervals and lift twice a week. I've gained a ton of muscle mass and lost a lot of fat.
Shoulda done this a while ago, cause its easy as for me to lose weight apparently (and I gain it slowly). I am down to 200lbs. |
