I remember the times when people were trying to out jump each other when the bass kicked back in after a nice buildup... Now, it's a bunch of people standing and recording with their phones... I mean, take a look, only the people in the front seem to be having some fun.

The persistent complaining on these boards gets tiring... anyway I had a good night but I agree A&B need new material badly.

me too, I try to do my part, but:

wish it was only standing.
if people want to "relax", get the f. out, and watch some crap on tv.
its always the barely twenty-somethings, too

a&b's set was predictable, but man andrew bayer made going worth it. i was probably the only person in a 50 foot radius to know orbitals halcyon & on & on or miami to atlanta, nobody seemed to care lol. i lost it. never thought i'd hear halcyon out at this point and miami to atlanta still sounds better than a lot of electro coming out :D

i died when he played miami to atlanta. he also played 'counting the points' and a few others off his first album. wish he played his boot of 'undertow'. halcyon on and on was definitely the highlight though.
and i LOVED the images he had on the LED screen. he was basically the only good thing of the night for me.

Did he play gaff's euology? Wondering how/if he would work that in since its such a chill track not really a track that would get the masses hyped

damn, I would've lost my completely to Halcyon, one of my faves... I knew bayer would bring it. He needs to have a night in a club here somewhere.

Glad to hear Bayer was good. Saw a couple people say he wasn't on FB but I wanted to see what you guys said.

I thought Bayer was better than A&B to be honest. The set they played was good but it wasn't THAT much different to the *two* they did at ezoo.

no but he did play the original 'from the earth', which i was really glad to hear as well. him and beckwith really nailed their sets
