They used to have wednesday, thursday, friday, saturday, sunday events in LA,OC, SD,Hollywood, Vegas.
no more jumping around venues in OC
no more spin nightclub
no more beatport sundays at tao beach
no more marquee vegas
no more wednesdays at some LA spot

also didnt they used to do some new years eve event? i think it was a small scale event but still.

says "los angeles and beyond" but all the events are at avalon...

looks like overwhelming majority of the events have to advertise 2-3 acts on each night in order to draw a crowd on top of the usual suspects(washers)

was there a war of LA that was never written about thus articles were never posted on TA stating there was a war?
I know go ventures pretty much committed suicide, but what happened to giant?

Insomniac is what happened. Giant was one of the first promoters to take advantage of booking talent for multiple events/venues. Another promoter couldn't book . Insomniac mastered that process.

Insomniac monopoly is what happened.

And if you look back in history, monopolies are never good.

:(

They should rename themselves Miniature

Rumor Control
“Miniature” is already reserved for the armchair promoter / hobby DJ / internet troll that doesn’t have the ambition to actually attempt anything near what Giant (or any legitimate promoter for that matter) has risked and accomplished over the last decade(s) and, sadly, prefers to spend his time pitching anonymous dumps from the cheap seats.

Hey its the anonymous internet warrior that always defends giant.
There should be a rule on ta for only one account per person, not a handful!
