People didn't have too much good to say about T&F's set in October, and they tend to get short shrift because they're local.
But they showed they know how to do it yet again, nice 2+ hours those as well!
you have to give credit when its due. they played a great set and i really enjoyed it as well.
they might be considered "locals" here but i don't consider them just locals anymore when they go play at berghain/panorama bar.

What a fun night! Definitely more fun than Hernan on Friday. I got there around 10:15 and it took me about an hour to get in. I think that was the coldest I've ever been in my life. You can only imagine I left 85 degree weather to endure that. I didn't understand the mandatory coat check. My shirt was very sheer and I was freezing when I was trying to go smoke. A kind stranger lent me his sweatshirt bc he felt sorry for me.
I thought the opening dj did a great job setting up for Sasha. Once Sasha came on it was just nuts! I was mainly by the back speakers most of the time so I had easy access to the bar lol.
$7 shots of patron was very nice compared to the steep $20 it cost at Marquee.
Love the venue, wish we had something like this in LA for the likes of Sasha and Digweed. The bottle scene gets lame.
Shots are $20 at Marquee?? WTF
Do they pat down there?

weird, didn't even know they had it, no one accosted me to check anyting, walked right by.
Happened at Cielo (1x only), and the answer was they didn't want stuff all over the place. Can see the logic in that, but having been pilfered more than once, I just waist-tie.
Hoody and layering make that work, but not if you're preparing for 1h lines at <20F.
Came in very handy when I stepped out like you did.
@ neonbeats:
they certainly pat down enough at Marquee from what I've seen (not experienced, nice people here (thanks again, BTW), gave comp. entry at Marquee both times, and the guy at the line actually told the security fellow to just pass me through) to catch a hip-flask, wouldn't bother.
You'll just have to do what v-h did, pre-load, and be sure to say hi to me because you won't remember you did (if you bump into me at a subsequent show)

Yep $20 for a shot of Patron.I got desperate so ordered a 3wisemen but that hardly got me buzzed too. Next time I'm making my friend bring booze when they pick me up from airport. Haha
They didn't pat down my friend for Hernan at Marquee but they did at Output. It was funny bc the bartender told me the price for 2shots were $14 and i asked him if be could repeat the total. He said "sorry I don't set the price.I know its expensive" I told him the price was great and bought him a shot too lol.
shaminii
The last beat.

guy gerber was chillin in the booth all night long
wonder what he was doing in town?
either way i feel this club will be alot more sucessful than d36.
the owners and staff (minus the chaos at the door) seem to want to bring something back to nyc that hassent been done in a while.
output isent the biggest dance floor (kinda upset about that also)
but for a medium sized room it packs a killer sound system and good vibe
i wish them the best. cant wait till the summer when/if they throw rooftop parties
