I am currently watching MELY and EMYSF.
I want to jump in but speaking seriously, I have no clue what the I am doing when it comes to stocks. |

you got it! just keep studying the charts, yahoo finance is great for simple analysis (google is catching up). Demo trade for a while, and then invest accordingly.
Golden rule: only risk 2% of your capital at once. |

Can you fill us more into info about what those things are? Been meaning to slowly start with these things as well. |

| its been proving that chimps have outperformed or performed as wells as experts, so if you want to invest passively then you're just better off investing in mutual fund or an index fund and hold on to it for fifty years. |

I dont think people give chimps enough credit. They do everything first. They were the first ones in outter space way before humans did it. They tried all your favorite products first.

penny stocks are a waste of time (unless you have a hot inside tip) which in any case is probably illegal.
some decent ones to look at (i'm in and out of these often)
on the TSX:
CEE
DML
UUU
The trick really is to watch out on when the insiders sell out of these. If they are holding large and continue to buy more, follow their lead. Sell on news, buy on rumor.
If you don't have much money (or dont want to spend alot) but you want huge sway, i suggest you look into buying options
its a cheaper strategy |
