I think you should record it, and post it every time you want to issue a warning instead of an actual post. Lolololol.

I could represent australia in competitive sleeping.

My “normal” desire used to be 10-12 hours. Of course this would only happen on the weekends, I’d only get about 6-7 during the week. Ever since I went on the champix to quit smoking though, things have been totally ed up. Like on a fri night I might go to bed about 2am, and then sleep til 4 in the afternoon. Some of my worst times I might get up for a snack but be back in bed til 8pm.

Even though im off champix now things haven’t improved much. Am off to the doctor at some stage to have a chat, coz even I know that’s just ridiculous.

Give it a rest with the commercial.

Just because it worked for you doesn't mean it works for everyone.

I recommended this book to a few people and all of them that vigilantly tried to use its contents to quit did not.

Oh sweet! Congrats. Well if you ever feel like you need a little positive reinforcement...I would still reccommend that book.

Bummer about the sleep though.

it'll be ok, there's a few changes that can be made and i'll discuss them with my GP. should work out somehow.
