Circus Refurbished?

See Matt Darey & Kristina Sky are playing at Circus on May 4th. And it is saying it's at the "NEW" Circus and saying it has been refurbished.
If it has...anyone know how so? |

| I do not know I just know I saw the words "refurbished" used in one post and "THE NEW CIRCUS" in another. |

I got word for a dj that just played there, that its nothing special or to get all excited about.

| Victor Dinaire was there on Sat night... my buddy stopped by to say hi and said there were like 25 people there max lol. Said he saw some minor renovations but nothing too crazy. |
