Not to be a party pooper, but even if Will I Am did steal the song, he probably had nothing to do with it.
These artiest don't know , they just do what their managers instruct them to do. Yeah sure, he gives the final decision, but odds are if anyone is to be blamed it's his manager. The way it works is the manager calls him with a cool new beat, he listens to it, and gives it the ok. If the track was stolen, it was the manager who forwarded it.
Basically no one makes their own music these days, they all buy it through proxies and just put their vocals or own twist into it. It is his fault for not researching it though. |

Yeah but its his name he puts on the line when he releases an album. If he lets people just run around doing stuff in his name, he's a bigger idiot than I already knew he was. |
