I am gonna buy a laptop, probably Asus, with the following system specifications:
Intel Core i3-2370M 2.4 GHz
4 GB DDR3
500 GB 5400 rpm Hard Drive
Is it enough to make the noise?
Thanks! |

No. SSDs increase sound quality too.

Ssd is better if you gonna be using a lot of samples but would increase the cost.
Dont get a hard drive that is 5200rpm, get 7200 instead, again better for samples and wont cost as much as a ssd and u will get a bigger hd.
As for then processor you might be ok with an i3 but I would say
To go for i5 instead. |

lol no. for speed/performance. less space though. get an external disc in addition for your porn, music, whatever your need is for big megabytes, but dont have it on the laptop as it will crash. so a small ssd for the OS, reformat every third month. |

to get fully use of an i5 and 8gb ram you should get a ssd! its 10 times faster! |
