| It was dreadfully boring, and young Bilbo is really annoying. It might be a let down after how great the Lord of the Rings movies were, but I just didn't enjoy it at all. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep in the theater. |

I liked Prometheus as a stand-alone movie, but I didn't try to attach it to my association with the Alien movies.
I agree about The Hobbit. I didn't need to see 15 mins of hobbits gleefully entering his house. |

The Tree of Life.
I rarely fork over money for movie theater tickets, so when I do I expect (or assume) the movie I'm going to see will be great.
There's been other recent disappointments, but this one stands out for some reason. |

Eyes Wide Shut. I had good expectations due to the leads and the fact that Kubrick was directing.
The Last Airbender, I expected it to be brilliant as I'm a huge fan of M. Night Shyamalan, but it sucked huge amounts of cock.
The Hangover. Can anyone tell me why people think it's so hilarious? I didn't laugh once.
The Avengers. Snooze fest.
And I can't tell you how many of my favorite books were trashed by their movies. I've repressed the memories. |

Prometheus, could have been much better. Sort of an octopus alien, how creative...
The Hobbit was more then I expected, I enjoyed it.
Elysium, not very disappointed, but I expected it to be better though. |
