Heard that treehouse will be shutting down after wmc. Prob to do some bs bottle type of spot. What a damn shame.
Hopefully the link/miami rebelz crowd can come up with another spot, something like tsl/trade ect to do Thursdays and Fridays |

| that would be sad... treehouse and the pickle (sometimes vagabond) are the only two venue in miami worth a damn (non-wmc weeks of the year). |

There's plenty more than that now a days. You got Do Not Sit and FDR on the beach. The Victor hotel just opened a new venue. Heard Delancy's is going to start doing some underground stuff. Once you see the lineup for Space coming up also everyone should be pretty happy. |

Treehouse Miami has new management that took over the club two weeks ago and thats no secret to anyone.
First thing new management did, was flush the toilet and fire the saturday and sunday promoters that only gave the club loses and thought they were Majesty since they started their nights when the venue was already established.
These so called promoters are the ones spreading false rumors to everyone including dj agents to affect future operations or at leas thats what they think they are donig.
New mangement wants to bring some more profits to the club and there is nothing wrong with that.
New underground hip hop is planned to start after wmc and another night will be added on tuesday.
New management likes the concept and wants to keep treehouse what it has always been.
Link & Miami Rebels will keep their Wednesday, Thursday and Friday events as usual bringing the best acts from around the world how we have been doing for the last 3 years. |

If this place becomes any more boushie I can see the real treehouse fans not coming back and it won't take but a few months for the new owners to stop counting huge profit start counting losses and give up. Treehouse was a success thanks to a great owner and great bookings thanks to rebelz and link. It was for music lovers, a place to see and not so much to be seen
Lets be serious there is more profit to be made at this place an idiot knows they but at what cost in the long run? |
