That last Maceo Plex party at Moskito was dirty! that was my first and last time going to that booze can up the street from there... so sketchy...
there saying 400+ tixs at the door... so it looks like im going to be in line at 9pm! I hate those Coda line ups sooooo much.... |

If I go to the club at 9, I'll be passed drunk out in a corner by the time Maceo goes on.
Tickets avail at the door, but when? 10pm when doors open? Or can I buy the tickets before at 8 or something and then come back at 11pm?
Because, just the thought of standing outside of Coda, sober, in the cold for an hour to probably not even get in till 10:30, sounds very unappealing to me. |

Ohhh that's proper....
I've been to coda to see art department when they were sold out.... I got there maybe around 930... there was a line of maybe 30 ppl... but the problem is ppl keep cutting the line... n than u got s in front of you that are talking to girls or are just ed up and than there not moving but ppl keep cutting in and ur ed in the back... so that night we ended up greasing the bouncer to get in... so that im gonna get there hella early and knock ppl around if I don't get in....
just because they say "we have 400 tixs" it doesn't mean that there gonna let in 400 ppl right off the bat... they might let in 10 at a time n wait for the stairs to clear n than another 10... and so on and so fourth... which is because other s show up and try and cut in... or there on so and so's list and they don't even wait in the line and they get in straight away...
I've been in the back of that coda line many times... and they will hold u outside until 2am until ppl leave.... the bouncers will even tell you that... so its kind of like you either get there super early or super late like 2-230....
clearly I hate the coda line lol
but I don't think you can buy a tix early and come in later...
I've had tixs before on big nights and the will over sell the door tixs and force the ppl with tixs to wait as well.... |

This ticket price and whole tickets in general nonsense is getting out of in' control at CODA.
It's no longer getting in line early to get into the door, but getting online early enough to get tickets in time.
It's becoming a concert venue, not a club. :( |

The price point is fine, I just don't get why they release so few advance tickets. Only 200? That's annoying. If I hadn't gotten advance tickets I don't know if I would have bothered trying to go.
