The thread on TRC tonight is pretty hilarious with all the comments. Main post is "so excited for the first real warehouse rave since the 90s!
who else already got their tickets to the warehouse project?". You can just imagine that trolling that followed.
Hopefully they don't blow the lineup. People must have some real faith to be shelling out $35-45 already. I wouldn't do such a thing until they've build up some sort of reputation after a few parties and even then.. who are you, DEMF?
God, when did I become this snobby? :clown: |

yea I seen that, it was to easy like most things on trc so I let it slide lol
I don't think I ever been to a "real" rave per say myself... I remember going to cherry beach way back in 2001 and it wasn't my scene at the time so I left early... but that Vice party at the power planet I think nothing will ever live up to that venue...
has anybody ever been to Trouw in Amsterdam or the WHP in Manchester? would love a review of them...
codas bookings have been decent in my opinion... |

I've been WHP. Check out my review here: http://tranceaddict.com/forum/showt...=1#.VNU6WvnF92k
I was in Amsterdam a year and a half ago and didn't go to Trouw because I didn't recognize any of the djs. Stupid move in hindsight. I tried getting into Pendulum at Melkweg (former milking factory) but it was sold out. Ended up at Studio 80 for Amsterdam residents. The club was very reminiscent of Footwork.

There's not denying it's great for laughs at least. It definintely has it's fair share of douches but I need something to fill the TA void since the activity dropped off a cliff. |

Trouw is now closed.
Coda has the opportunity to become THE premier underground electronic music club in the City now that Guv is gone - not that Guv has been all of that underground in the last 4 years with their mostly EDM generation bookings. |

Studio 80 is a nice place, always a great atmosphere in there. The lineups used to be better though (imo). They´re right on Rembrandtsplein so they´re going to make money no matter who they book pretty much.. |

Melkweg was cool when I went 3 years ago, the techno room was proper...
speaking of the void TA left do you know any other good communities to frequent for news and discussions?

I know Trouw is closed that's why I was asking for a review cause I've been seeing pics of it for 2 years and suddenly its closed lol
as for Coda becoming Toronto's premier underground club... it pretty much is, but as discussed previously to me its missing a certain x factor... something truly different to set it self apart... |
