IMHO, if that sniper is a Terrorist the chances are that he will be caught. That's because he will not stop.
On the other hand, if he is just some lunatic who can stop those shootings as easily as he started them, he'll never get caught. It looks as if the police have no information on the guy whatsoever. Thus, if he chose to stop the shootings now, he'll remained uncaught. |

i dunno if a media ban is the solution, but i think they give the sniper too much information. he doesn't even need an inside man to tell him where the cops are looking, or what they're looking for. think about it. right after they announce that the army is using spyplanes to take photos, he goes and kills someone outside of the plane's range. also after the police chief said that schools were safe cause the sniper hadn't shot children, he goes and shoots a kid a few days later.
criminal psychologists say he gets a kick out of all the news coverage. i don't think its helping either that the news is giving him all the information on how the police are tracking him. its keeping him one step ahead of the cops.
apparently its mass hysteria down there. hundreds of people are phoning in with made up tips. one guy is being convicted of giving false testimony. |

It does not affect you that other human beings are being killed for no reason by some psycho?. It does not affect you that their families are suffering? It does not affect you that so many people lost their homes in your own country?

Hmmm...Very interesting...though some of us hate americans nothing can justify the death of any human....I would feel even more depressed had this been on Canadian soil...intresting indeed.The Demon has spoke. |

I beleive all willa gree with me onthis who have had someone close to them die. Once again no offence. but when my mom died no one gAve a . She did not get her Picture on Television, she did not get a telivised Funeral, and was not posted ont eh front of the newspapers and she meant More to me than ANYTHING in this world. She was the best person in the world. Why don;t they give her a memorial. Why don;t they give all our loved one's a memorial for dying. Tell me why? Well all lost people tragically it is just hat thes epeople are being televised. , I wish SOmeone had tlelevised my mom's fuenral or given her life sorry on "inside edition" or any of those other news ! but my mother was not a "news item" and neither was eveyrbody else's loved ones here. So why should I give a ? No offence but I had to get that off my chest.:whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip:

If they would not put the Snipers vicitms on TV no one would give a either. My mom died Tragically too (don't ask me how or why Iwill not answer. too personal seriously). So WTF? Put her on TV too and everyone Else Who lost someone close ot them too and their Families on TV, on covers of newspapers and Magazines. the victims and their families are being used to get Cheap TV ratings. thinka bout that as well. As our Loved ones will not bring in Any ratings so they give them no exposure on Tv n . Ou rLoved ones mean more to us than theirs. It is a shame that they died butI don't see why I should give some dort of special Pitty for them. They never did for me. I kow what u will say: "They would if they knew". Well they don't so there is none. Think about it a while and I am sure u wil agree with me. Out yourself into the average Joe's Shoes who loses their parents, their friends to tragedy and wishes that they would get teh kind of tribute as "victims" on TV do. They don't, no ratings. Flame me all u want but that is where I stand and I speak truthfully from my heart when I say this. |

Actualy I realy wouldn't want anyone to know besides my close family.Why would I want recognition for there death if I already knew in me heart that they were amazing.
Ps. I dont see your point at all with anything you just said. I live in Ny, even though im a good 4 hours away people are scared heer also. This guys is going for children he said it in his message. :(

I am sick and twisted, let me tell you that to begin with. But I think he is brilliant. Now im sure its not his plan, but he will/is striking a fear of death into people. What better way to motivate people than to scare them with the chance of an anonymous death. get up., get out, live your life because tomorow you might be dead.

So if your mom died, or freind of your mom's or yours was a target then you wouldnt give a ? Why is it so hard to feel sorry for people who loose their lives? Yeah i know i said i dont like americans, but somtimes you have to break that barrier and show some respect man. Tottaly not the right way to show how you feel. |

They're televising this so that people have an understanding as to whats going on. Even the people who died and had their names mentioned were left at that. No more media was given to them because of the fact that the media realizes the families right to a private feuneral. And you have to consider that this is a national crisis, some wako runing around who can't be stopped. If they didn't metion his latest target, or any of them, how are the people suppose to know who he is, and that he exsists. Deaths varry in degree, and so do their exposure. Not every death is on the news not because people dont care, but to show a sign of privacy and respect. If my dad passed away i do not want the entire city to know. its something personal, and it should be kept that way. And remember, the media chooses which deaths need coverage, not because of ratings, but because of importance (although every death is important). |
