| The other thing is, when a party is really good and the music is something special, I always get major party crush and keep reliving it in my head. The swooning about how magical it was, the heartache that it's over... That has never happened with any of the EI parties. |

I think the mediocre sound quality at these events makes us unable to hear properly what the DJ is trying to do perhaps, hence us thinking these sets suck? I dunno.
Re: Females putting in effort, yeah, Maya Jane Coles coulda been better. But I thought Bob Moses and My Favorite Robot were alright beforehand. I only went to this event and the Sven Vath one, and Sven was steller.
The talent is great, but these DJs are maybe not trying? Like I dunno because these guys are more than capable of spinning great sets. |
