what famous djs or producers hail from your city/area?
back it up with some music examples if you like.
from glasgow i have three big ones that come to mind, and the prevailing sound is a techno flavour.
slam, funk d'void & harvey mckay.
a big fan of all three. |

| Toronto has had quite a bit of spotlight over the past 10 years. Deadmau5, Carlo Lio, Art Department, Nathan Barato, Arnej are probably the biggest names. Also well known producers such as Greg Gow, The Junkies, Navid Mehr, Beat Syndrome, Tim Penner are based here. I'm sure I left out a few but it, they probably suck anyhow. |

Well, sure, but most of the activity focuses on the Helsinki area. There are a couple of bigger cities too, but a big chunk of the happenings is on this area. |

Frankie Bones, Adam X, Danny Tenaglia, Victor Calderone, Biggie Smalls, Jay-Z, Aliyah, myself (not so famous) and I'm sure many others.
Couple of other not-so-well known ones, Shawn O'Sullivan and Neud Photo.
Btw, if any of you remember TA Twisted420, he's known as Lnrdcroy, from Toronto (I think) and has been producing some very creative stuff. |

8 times bigger than Holland. Just wondering, with 4 times more people, do we fit in the Helsinki area?
Most famous from my area I think will be Woody vnn Eyden, even though he lives in Germany for many years. |
