It is totally unjustifiable behaviour, but I think people should be given the opportunity to own their and prove that they have learned a lesson, especially in the absence of any previous behaviour of a similar nature. She could just be having a bad day/week/month and acted like an "entitled bitch" momentarily, but there's no reason to believe that's her "normal" when she's not at work.
