If this isn't it, then YOU TO HELL, STU.

It was on page 18 of a Google video search for "na na na na, nananana 80s song."

Also funny as it's an Australian band :)

Probably someone of about my age in your neighborhood would know it. But that would explain if Lira laughed :)

This is something that I'm kinda of curious about, but how popular is/was Icehouse internationally? They were pretty big here with number 1 hits and so forth, but being an Australian band that makes sense. What about for you guys?
Vivid Boy
getting jiggy with it?

I had to look at Wiki for the track names, as I was 8 and 13 years old when "Hey Little Girl" and "Crazy" were hits over here, but I remember those track instantly. They had a very nice sound, but there was a lot of competition back then.

By the way, listening to "No Promises" made me think of "David Bowie/Pat Metheny - This Is Not America". Same nice sound.

Stu you honestly like that song? It sucks and I didn't hear any nah nah nah. Props to Jenny figuring that one out. I could think of a dozen better new wave songs.

You really couldn't hear the nah nah nah part? It's repeated like 3 or 4 times through the song :wtf:

And really, the song isn't that great, though he's good singer. All I said was that it got stuck in my head :o

The most popular song of theirs over here is Great Southern Land, which I like better.

I get sentimental thing being similar age. Didn't seem catchy either. The other song was better. Its all good stu. :gsmile:
