Are you sure this limited copy thing is true, i mean check out IIO - Rapture (AVB Mix), it was said to be limited to 500 copies so i quickly grabbed my copy but then JUNO and some other stores started getting more shipments...
ahh i dunno :)
Now the AVB mix i know the story behind it not being released...IIO didn't give permission to Armin.
BUT all the songs on this vinyl will get individual release soon, so it can be a move to pressure you to buy it quick... |

Cos there was the whitelabel of the AVB mix which was only 500 copies, but then this got re-released on Data, hence there being so many copies.
I know what u mean tho, i bought 'Tiesto - Traffic' whitelabel thinking there was only gonna be 250 copies, but now it got an official release and its everywhere!! :whip: :whip:
However, the only track of this with a scheduled release that i know about is 'Envio - Touched By The Sun' which isnt for another couple of months. If this is going to be more than 1000 copies i am gonna be very very annoyed. :mad: :mad: |

you have to remember that this universal sampelr is an official release, so they say limited to 1000 then its prob right, when your talking somehting liek the avb mix of rapture we are talking a white label.
often whitelabels get repressed and pressed illegally etc.. by unknown people..
just tonight danny howels was interviewed on FBI radio saying how a remix of some track he did got on white label, but he done the mix for himself and gave out like 4 cdr's to his mates... then oneday someone said hey look at this and handed him a whitelabel copy of it...
so official releases and unofficial whitelabels are two different stories... |
