If there are two countries I will NEVER vote for worst then it'll be Ireland and Scotland. When I went on holiday in those two countries I only met nice ppl, only had nice weather (yes I'm the only person to have seen the sun in Scotland) . I have one remark about Ireland though. Would you please drive a bit slower when taking a corner on some very small road. Especially when someone is returning from the pub down the road. I can clearly remember jumping into the bushes next to the road :happy2:
For the other countries it depends on how much their governments are willing to pay me LOL:crazy: :stongue: :stongue: :toocool: :p ;) |

wow.. all this usa bashing, never expected it form ta peeps. you are *all* influenced by the us. most of your technology, fashion, lifestyle, and yes, even music (who started techno?) came from here!
now me, i hate the out of saudis, iraqis, iranians, jordanians, lebanese, so called "palestinians", all those s.. nothing good's come of them for the last 1000 years, only violence and bloodshed!

The best techno comes from the UK (you were supposed to know it, Maxim303:)). Some important things came from US, like Detroit techno, Chicago House and hip-hop...
Keep in mind that electronic music doesn't have a homeland: it's universal ;)
And arabs have done nothing for the world? Hah, Russia wouldn't ever have vodka if it weren't for them (just ONE example out of maaaaaaaaaaaany others) :p And by the way, we, "non-Americans that imitate everything that comes from the US" know how to discuss without flaming, just like most people from the US. yes, europe has surpassed the states as far as electronic music, but kraftwerk were not techno. electronic, but not "techno" as we know and love today.

no, arabs have contributed to the world, algebra, number system, etc. in fact, they used to be centers of learning and prosperity. but i was asking about the last 1000 years, and nothing vital i can think of has come from them. but they sure have spilled a lot of innocent blood, no?

i didn't flame anyone. yeah, i came off a bit agressive, but it's aggrevating hearing someone say "USA, of course". what kind of statement is that? "of course"? like it's a given to hate usa. and face it, usa has given the world a whole lot of good (some crap too) but nothing to make it be hated so much. i understand most of it is jealousy, since we do have the best life here, but i don't hate holland because they have the best trance or anything.. and btw, i am "american" now.. naturalized..but don't start saying about russia.. gonna bite your head of for that too :)) |

sorry mate but that is the attitude which makes the usa hated so much, you have the most extravigant lifestlye, not the best. I dont consider using muchly overpowered cars to travel (total waste of fuel), well its the whole american way, we have a 2 liter engine car, u'll use a 4, we have 3-course meals, you'll have 5, everything in america as aposed to other countries is always bigger, not ness better. America (granted the UK too, but thats coz blair is so far up bushes arse we cant even find him) just charge around the world wanting everything their way, we are supreme, we're the best country on the planet, we're right, every other ****** is wrong lets fix it, and we're following like sheep.
Fact: If every person on this planet lived like the average american, it would take ten earths just to sustain us. Now is that a better way of life? Not for me. |
