CNN is a joke. they should be called ANN (the A standing for America) cause that's all they cover. look at their headlines: showdown with irag, the ameircan troops, bush:his next decision...etc. can't they come with more intelligent headlines?Iam sorry buy I really feel that CNN is giving way too much american coverage and blatantly falsifying things so that it can really score its ratings high with the public. Its horrendous to see that they would falsify information, tottaly unacceptable. oh well, atleast other people learn from their mistakes. |

Understand that palestinians are like black people were back in the 40's and 50's in north America. Not many had money, all the white people had the money and the black people were just getting buy with low level jobs (most palestinians use to work for isrealis). There was a hatred for white people from the black community just like palestine hates isreal, but the brave and couragous leaders like Martin luther King, that fought for black rights not with violence, but with words are truely admired (not like arafat). He lost his life, but will be remembered as a true hero, because he was a man the black people could look up too as positive role model, and he advocated no violence and was a true leader and visionary.
Now Blacks and whites live together equally and are admired for there contribution to society....It is a true social triumph in the history of the world, but, the muslim world has no positive leader or role models to look up to, only radical extremists, that want to kill.
For you three poster here that have arab roots, Cyrus King, The Demon and DJ el kee....Know this: It is evil to kill innocente people, women and children, Isreal did the wrong thing by fighting fire with fire...As martin luther king said, you have to fight Darkness with light, and the only people that can stop it is the Palestine people.
It seems to me you three are just ignoring the fact that people are blowing themselves up, and killing innocente people. That is true ignorance at it's purest form. |

This is true.. but you also forgot to mention that any palestinian male between the ages of 15-55 are considered potential terorists to Israel's eyes...so.. its pretty easy to accuse them "bombers" when they are forcefully categorized.

Where are you getting 90% from? Although there is much hatred towards Israeli's by the palestinians...one should examine why this hatred exists and then make their comments...palestinians are not born as terrorists... a number of elements like vengence.,..vulnerability and massacre have caused them to sacrifice themselves.

I think that Sharon "defends" his people not by strategically weeding out terroists .. but killing hundreds of people that he thinks are terrorists...
does an old palestinian woman sleeeping in her bed in the middle of the night deserve a granade thrown into her room..ripping her apart? Is she a terrorist? And yes..she was living by herself. That is but one case i have recently read this week. The Israeli military should take classes on ethical and moral values. |

Bingo! thats what I think too. Yes the suicide bombers aren't respecting humanity for what they are doing, but it doesn't help when Isreal reteliates and kills hundreds of people it believes to be terrorists. they have to concentrate on the true source, not assumptions. Cause so far their assumptions have killed more innocent people than actual bombers. |

Your analogy is flawed. White people didnt have guns and tanks that forced these black people to have less money and take low paying jobs....it was deeeper than that....and we know who martin luther king jr. is..... :rolleyes:

I think you should seriously look into the indescrepencies of your assumptions. Black people still have to overcome an invisible barrier in the social world...Before it was accepted to say that "sorry..you are black..so you cant have the job"....now its "sorry you dont have the right education"....which many urban individuals cant afford...
And your generalized comments about the muslim world having nobody to look at positively...Is billy graham someone to positively look at??? a suposed priest who has been quoted as labelling Islam an evil religion...is he a christian role model you would look up to if that was your faith!

First off...Iranians are not Arab...they have their own distinct language, food, and culture aside from arabs.
AND WE KNOW THAT KILLING INNOCENT PEOPLE IS WRONG.... I DONT KNOW WHY YOU ARE REMINDING US????
The only people that can stop this conflict is BOTH SIDES..by CO-OPERATING....dont blame the palestinian side as prolonging the situation.
