Guess you're right man. We can't win them all. I might as well put this aside for now and see how things go. I just ask Swamper to speak up once plz and let us know how he feels.As you know I don't speak for myself, but for others as well. Though some of them haven't posted anything Iam sure that they can agree with me about my views an oponions.

now if I can be serious for a minute... ;)
now I don't condone racist remarks of any sort... but if you guys heard a stranger on the street yelling aloud the things that melek_mike said (whatever they may be, since I have no idea where his post went), would you go up to the person and demand an apology? Would you gather groups of people and protest his words until he apologized for them? No... he's a stranger, so you'd either ignore him or just go up to him and punch his lights out. Now since you can't punch anyone's lights out over the internet, you have to ignore him. No offense to anyone here but why be such babies about it? "I was hurt by what he said, I want an apology." The only people that experience this in the real world are still in grade school. Member of TA or not, you can't just demand an apology from him. If he wants to maintain a friendship with you then he'll apologize.. otherwise, he doesn't owe anyone here anything. Opinions are like s, everyone's got one :D |
